travel cruising the world ruby princess alaska

We took my son's family (Ryan, Steph, and Mason) on their inaugural cruise with this Princess cruise to Alaska and Glacier Bay.
For the first time, we had a cabin with a third bed, a bunk that came out of the ceiling/wall for Mason so Steph and Ryan could have some privacy.
The cruise provided all the normal good things we have learned to expect... good food, good live entertainment, and good lecturers.
This cruise, we made a point of going back to the same table for dining because Mason had made a friend in the server, Oscar.
The food seemed particularly good on this cruise and one of the lecturers, Michael Modzelewski, was one of the best speakers I have ever heard.
I don't know if it was because the extended family was along, but this was a particularly enjoyable cruise and I rated it a little higher than normal.
